Description
This leather snap coin purse is for anyone who still carries change or a small key and wants it together, not loose in a pocket or at the bottom of a bag. It is unisex and comes in six colors.
It measures about 3.1 x 3.1 inches (8 x 8 cm) and weighs about 1.8 oz (50 g), small enough for a front jeans pocket or a jacket pocket without a bulge. It is made for coins and small items: a standard bank card is about 3.4 inches long and does not fit flat inside.
The sides are folded and stitched so that when you undo the snap, the purse opens into a small tray. You see every coin at a glance and pick the one you need without fishing around.
The purse is cowhide leather with a vintage finish, unlined, with the soft suede side of the hide inside. A metal snap closes the flap. Choose tan brown, coffee, teal blue, red, black or green. Coffee and black show the fewest marks, while the lighter and brighter colors take on a more visible patina.
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth and shake out lint now and then. If it gets wet, let it air dry closed, away from heat. Press the snap straight down to close it rather than pulling the flap from the side.
