1. Order Preparation & Processing
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Preparation times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary during peak periods.
2. Shipping & Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping and transit typically take between 7 and 9 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Additional destinations may be made available in the future at our discretion.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 9 to 12 business days from the date the order is placed.
This timeframe includes order preparation, dispatch, and transit.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Non-Delivery After 30 Days
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact us at support@hartleybags.com.
Once non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is provided free of charge, with no minimum order value required. All shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. No additional or hidden fees will be charged after checkout.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.
7. Delays & Carrier Responsibility
While we work with reliable carriers, Hartley is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or logistical issues.
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
All delivery timelines are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Hartley is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees to reship the order.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but not received, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly or check with neighbors or building management.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
