Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update after dispatch. Check again a little later.
No update for a few days
Parcels are often scanned only at major hubs, so a quiet period is normal during transit. Updates resume closer to delivery.
Marked delivered, not received
Check around your door, with neighbors or your building, then contact the carrier. Still nothing? Write to us with your order number.
