Description
The Forge is a work apron for anyone who fixes, builds and tinkers: garage repairs, home renovation, woodworking, leatherwork, a long Saturday at the grill. Your tools stay on you instead of on the bench, and your clothes stay clean.
A chest pocket with pen and pencil slots, two large lower pockets for a tape measure, a phone or a box of screws, side slots for pliers and screwdrivers, and a hammer loop. You grab what you need without walking back to the toolbox. Tools in the photos show what fits; they are not included, and you receive the apron only. The clothes worn in the photos are not included either.
The straps cross in the back and spread the weight over both shoulders, so a loaded apron stays comfortable for hours. Each strap is 52.8 in long and adjusts with a metal buckle, so it fits most adult builds. At 29.5 x 24.8 in, it covers you from chest to knee.
The body is heavy waxed canvas with metal rivets at the pocket corners where they take the most strain. Sawdust, grease and splashes brush off, and the canvas creases and darkens with use. It is not waterproof and resists light splashes and sawdust only. Brush it and spot clean with cold water, and re-wax it when the canvas looks dry; do not wash it in the machine. It also works well at the grill, but keep it away from open flames like any fabric apron. Available in brown, gray or teal. More gear in our Men's Accessories.
