Description
This leather binder padfolio is for the professional who writes by hand in meetings and also works from an iPad: notes, cards, documents, pen and tablet in one slim folio you carry under your arm or slip into a briefcase. The size and style work for men and women. The iPad and pen shown in the photos are not included.
The right panel holds a 4-ring metal binder for an A4 writing pad, and a built-in stand holds an 11 inch iPad. The left panel has 3 document slots for contracts, boarding passes or folded printouts, 2 card slots for an ID and business cards, and a zip pocket for receipts or cash. A pen loop keeps your pen with the folio.
Closed, it measures about 12.6 x 9.8 x 1.2 inches, just larger than a sheet of paper, and slim enough for most briefcases and work totes. An elastic band keeps it closed and flat between meetings.
The binder is A4 format. A4 paper measures 8.3 x 11.7 inches, slightly narrower and taller than US letter (8.5 x 11 inches). Letter sheets fit inside the folio, but the binder rings take A4 refill pages, so buy A4 refills or punch letter sheets to match the rings.
It is genuine leather with a vintage matte dark brown finish and stitched edges. The leather is firm enough to write on in your lap and gains character with handling. Wipe it with a dry cloth and condition it a few times a year.
