Description
This herringbone flat cap for men gives a casual outfit a classic ivy cap look. The brown and cream weave looks sharp up close and stays quiet from a distance, so it works with a wool overcoat, a field jacket or a plain sweater. A snap button strap at the back lets you set the fit once and wear it all season.
The low, rounded crown and short front brim make a flat cap easy to wear every day. Pull it on for a walk through the city, a weekend market, a drive or an autumn afternoon in the park. The pattern runs in tidy rows across the whole crown, which keeps the cap looking put together without trying too hard.
To measure, wrap a soft tape around your head about 0.5 in (1.3 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. If you land between two sizes, the snap strap lets you loosen or tighten the back of the cap a little.
The cap is made from polyester with a woven herringbone pattern. The fabric is light enough for mild fall days and keeps its shape on the head. The single colorway is a brown and cream herringbone that sits well next to navy, charcoal, olive and denim. Shades can vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen.
Wear it level on the head with the brim just above your eyebrows for a relaxed look. It pairs well with a peacoat and scarf in cold weather, or with a chambray shirt and dark jeans on a mild day.
Brush off dust with a soft brush and spot clean with a damp cloth. Let it air dry flat and avoid machine washing, which can bend the brim.
