Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.hartleybags.com (the “Site”), operated by Minish LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States (State of New Mexico), operating under the brand name Hartley.

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Non-compliant items may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by Hartley
  • Returns submitted outside the 30-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hartleybags.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Hartley is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

This section does not affect your rights under our 90-Day Limited Warranty.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Allow additional processing time before contacting us
