Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Hartley does not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or logistical disruptions.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
